• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and ongoing evaluations, tailored to each client's circumstances.
• Facilitate therapeutic counseling sessions for individuals and groups, employing evidence-based techniques to promote mental wellness.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Actively engage in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, referring clients to appropriate services as necessary for integrated care.
• Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and conduct, staying informed of legislative and policy changes in mental health care.

As an LPC at Intermountain Counseling Services, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from children to adults, individuals grappling with substance abuse challenges, trauma survivors, and families navigating complex emotional issues. Through your expertise, you will help clients set and achieve their mental health goals, fostering resilience and promoting healthier coping mechanisms.

• Master’s Degree in Counseling or a closely related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a counseling setting, demonstrating effectiveness in addressing various mental health issues.
• Strong proficiency in therapeutic techniques, particularly in working with specific populations like children, trauma survivors, or those with substance abuse histories.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• A proven capacity for independent work while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

• Experience in an outpatient setting and familiarity with telehealth counseling practices.
• Knowledge of clinical assessment tools and methodologies.
• Previous work with diverse populations, including multicultural competencies.

Your contributions as a Licensed Professional Counselor will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, accompanied by potential sign-on bonuses.
