• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health status and specific needs of each client.
• Develop and craft individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, focusing on their psychological growth and well-being.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing solution-focused techniques and tailored therapeutic methodologies.
• Deliver therapy services through teletherapy platforms, ensuring clients receive consistent and responsive support regardless of location.
• Perform crisis intervention as required, employing best practice strategies to address immediate concerns and ensure client safety.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to remain current with mental health best practices, legislative developments, and therapeutic techniques.

Our client population primarily includes adults, with a specific focus on serving individuals in aged care settings who may face challenges related to mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. As a therapist, you will be integral in assisting clients to navigate these challenges, guiding them towards effective coping strategies and promoting their overall mental well-being.

• A valid and current license as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster a trusting therapist-client relationship.
• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a non-judgmental approach toward client care.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle caseload and client appointments.
• No history of disciplinary actions on record.

• Experience in providing therapy within community health or aged care settings is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of best practices for teletherapy and remote client engagement.
• Ability to utilize therapeutic tools and electronic health record systems effectively.

• Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
