Renal Associates, P.A. (RAPA) is actively seeking a BC/BE Nephrologist to join its growing practice in Eagle Pass, Texas. This position is ideal for physicians completing fellowship training and is specifically designed for J-1 waiver candidates seeking a supportive practice environment with long-term growth potential.
This opportunity offers a starting base salary of $239,200 with additional paid call coverage and full support for waiver and immigration-related legal expenses.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Guaranteed base salary of $239,200
  • Additional compensation for call coverage
  • Attorney fees for J-1 waiver and visa support covered by the practice

  • Vacation and educational leave increase incrementally through the fifth year of employment

Practice Details
  • Four full clinic days per week at the Eagle Pass clinic location
  • Monday-Friday hospital rounding responsibilities
  • Dialysis rounding responsibilities with Fresenius Medical Care (FMC) and U.S. Renal Care facilities
  • Inpatient coverage at Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center and Val Verde Regional Medical Center
  • Diverse mix of outpatient, inpatient, and dialysis care

Visa Sponsorship
  • J-1 waiver sponsorship strongly preferred
  • Ideal start timeframe: Late Summer to Early Fall 2027
  • Candidates completing their first year of fellowship are encouraged to apply
