POSITION: Corporate Sponsorship & Marketing Coordinator DIVISION: Corporate Sponsorship CLASSIFICATION: FT- Non- Exempt REPORTS TO: Director, Corporate Sponsorship PAY : $45,000 - $55,000 (Commensurate with Experience) Position Summary WXXI Public Media is seeking a Corporate Sponsorship & Marketing Coordinator to support the Corporate Sponsorship team and assist with marketing execution across sponsorship campaigns, events, and audience initiatives. This role plays a key operational function by coordinating sponsorship campaigns across WXXIs media platforms, including radio, television, digital, podcasts, and The Little Theatre cinema. The coordinator ensures sponsorship campaigns are scheduled accurately, executed effectively, and documented properly, allowing Account Managers to focus on revenue generation, client relationships, and business development.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple departments including marketing, programming, traffic, events, and finance. Key Responsibilities Campaign Coordination & Execution Coordinate scheduling of sponsorship campaigns across radio, television, digital platforms, podcasts, and cinema in collaboration with internal traffic and programming teams Ensure sponsor creative assets are received, organized, and implemented accurately across all platforms Maintain internal tracking systems for campaign schedules, inventory availability, contract timelines, expirations, and renewals Monitor campaign delivery and proactively flag discrepancies or fulfillment issues Reporting & Client Support Assist in preparing client reports including campaign delivery summaries, audience metrics, and performance highlights Support development of sponsor success stories and case studies, including coordinating client testimonials Help compile audience data and research to support sponsorship proposals and client presentations Assist Account Managers in preparing materials for client meetings and sponsorship proposals. Administrative & Operational Support Generate sponsorship agreements and coordinate documentation for campaigns Assist with non-billable campaigns such as media sponsorships, trade agreements, and select grant deliverables Prepare and verify monthly affidavits of performance and coordinate submission to agencies and select clients Maintain CRM records to ensure accurate client information, contract status, and campaign tracking Maintain the Corporate Sponsorship client list to support public record compliance requirements Oversee ticket tracking and fulfillment for on-air giveaways and event-related promotions Marketing & Communications Support Assist with development and coordination of the monthly Corporate Sponsorship e-newsletter Coordinate sponsor recognition assets including website placements, newsletter logos, and promotional graphics Support marketing team in coordinating sponsor-related content and promotional materials Assist with organization of sponsor asset libraries and campaign documentation Event & Audience Engagement Support Provide logistical support for WXXI events and sponsorship activations, including sponsor signage, recognition materials, and guest coordination Assist with tracking event attendance and coordinating contact capture for marketing and audience engagement initiatives Support post-event reporting and recap materials for sponsors Marketing Operations Support Maintain organized digital asset libraries including sponsor logos, campaign creative, and promotional materials Support basic campaign setup tasks such as website sponsor placements, newsletter sponsor content coordination, and promotional asset preparation Assist in compiling campaign metrics and performance data for internal reporting and sponsor recaps Coordinate cross-department communication between marketing, sponsorship, traffic, and digital teams to ensure campaigns launch and run smoothly .
