Job description

We do this by delivering an AI platform that enables users to build AI agents that can analyze, reason, act and learn based on natural language instructions.
We are seeking to hire our first solutions engineer. This is a great opportunity to work on the cutting edge of Generative AI technology with an experienced and proven team as well as with enterprise customers on real enterprise use cases.
Position overview
As the first solutions engineer at BREV/ΛN you will be responsible for showcasing the product to customers and crafting demos relevant to the customer's context. You will help shape the product through your feedback using and building with the product.
Key Responsibilities
Customer pre-sales demos
  • Setup BREV/ΛN Agents with applications and integrations for use cases relevant to the specific customer
  • Setup sample datasets and workflows specific to each use case
  • Record demo videos to post on social media

Product delivery post sales
  • Guide customers through their first setup
  • Build and maintain any glue code between BREV/ΛN and other applications
  • Weekly check ins with customers
  • Grow usage by identifying new use cases and opportunities

Testing and feedback
  • Test the features of the product as they are released in dev
  • Work closely with product teams to provide feedback from testing and demos
  • Build agents that we can use at BREVIAN
  • Help develop documentation and templates specific to features and use cases

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience where you have been accountable for technical project / program delivery within the domain of Data / AI
  • Experience working with LLMs is a plus
  • Experience with integrating data and applications
  • Experience working on AWS
  • Experience with prompting techniques and working with prompt chains
  • Programming experience in Python
  • Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales / technical architecture / customer success, or consulting role
  • Technical project management including account, stakeholder and resource management accountability
