What you'll do as a Solutions Engineer:

  • Bridge Roe’s AI-powered data platform with real customer problems in risk and compliance (no prior finance background required).
  • Design and deliver tailored solutions for sophisticated customers, including Fortune 500 companies.
  • Operate as one team: collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering, and directly influence product direction with customer feedback.
  • Create solution documentation, demo assets, and technical materials that scale customer success.

  • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly in natural language processing and unstructured data analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
