Job Description
The Solutions Engineering Lead is the primary customer-facing architect, responsible for translating the warfighter's complex mission needs into feasible, end-to-end technical solutions on the War Data Platform. This person will work directly with mission owners and the ""Solution Consultant"" team during the intake process to understand requirements, design solution blueprints, and ensure the proposed approach effectively leverages the WDP's existing services and capabilities. They will design the high-level integration patterns, data flows, and service compositions required to solve a specific mission problem, providing the detailed architectural guidance necessary for development teams to begin implementation.
What you need:
  • Candidates must meet one of the following three areas:
    1. Advanced Degree:
      • Master's degree or Ph.D. in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
    2. Equivalent Training:Completion of one of the following accepted training programs:
      • 4-11-C22 (CP)
      • 4-11-C23
      • Systems Requirements Planner (Advanced) Playlist
    3. Professional Certification:Holding one of these certifications:
      • SecurityX / CASP+
      • GCSA
      • GSLC
  • 10+ years of experience in Engineering
  • Knowledge of Cloud, DevSecOps, Software Engineering
  • Experience solutioning with Data & AI
  • 3 years of experience in implementing Big Bang, Iron Bank, and/or Kubernetes/Docker
  • 3 years of experience in implementing DevSecOps pipelines in AWS or Azure
  • Possess expert knowledge designing end-to-end technical solutions for enterprise customers

Security Clearance
  • Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required, depending on position

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
