Title: Presales / Solution Engineering โ€“ Director / VP

Locatio: Dallas, TX(Hybrid)

ROLE OVERVIEW

QualiZeal is looking for a seasoned C-level executive to lead pre-Sales with a strong anchor in Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering.

You will drive large-deal pursuits, architect enterprise QE solutions, and engage directly with C-suite stakeholders across global accounts to accelerate revenue growth.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own QE Pre-Sales strategy and large-deal RFX pursuits end-to-end
  • Architect enterprise QA/QE transformation roadmaps (Functional, Automation, Performance, AI-led Testing)
  • Lead C-suite engagement, proposal defence, and deal closures
  • Drive QE discovery workshops, maturity assessments, and PoCs
  • Define pricing, SoWs, and commercial constructs
  • Champion AI-in-QE: GenAI testing, self-healing frameworks, intelligent defect analytics
  • Build and scale the Pre-Sales and QE Solutions team

 

WHAT WE''''RE LOOKING FOR

  • 15+ years in QA/QE with 5+ years in pre-Sales or Solutions leadership
  • Proven track record closing large, complex QE deals in IT services or consulting
  • Deep expertise: Test Automation, Performance, API, Security & AI-driven Testing
  • Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) and DevOps/CI-CD ecosystems
  • Executive presence with strong commercial acumen and storytelling ability
