Job description

Position: ServiceNow Developer
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6+ Months
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Perform all aspects of ServiceNow platform administration, design, development
and implementation of applications in ServiceNow.
• Experience with ServiceNow Security Operations Product
• Build workflows and write automated scripts in ServiceNow
• Build and deploy required enhancements to the ServiceNow Platform
• Build and Deploy UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Business Rules,
Workflow Scripts, Scheduled Jobs, Import Sets and Transform Maps.
• Build integrations from ServiceNow to other applications such as Workday,
Kafka, Splunk and so on.
• Implementation of ServiceNow for Security Incident Response, Event
Management, Alerts, Performance Analytics, Knowledgebase and other
modules
• Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting, fixing bugs and
conduct root cause analysis
• Maintain production system reliability through utilization of change management
process
Qualifications:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in JavaScript and related tech stacks
(AngularJS, ReactJS, BootStrap etc.)
• Experience in coding, object-oriented and modularized software
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow as a ServiceNow developer and
administrator
• Familiarity in creating widgets on Service Portal
• Expertise in unit and integration test automation.
• Expertise with HTML technologies including HTML, CSS and AJAX practices.
• Familiarity with SOA technologies including as REST, SOAP implementations.
• Familiarity with coding and diagnosing problematic SQL
• Familiarity with UNIX shell and source control systems and tools such as GIT
and maven.
• Demonstrated success completing complex projects, on time
• Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
• Preferably completed ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certifications
