Job Description:

Quevera is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator/Developer with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph to support mission-critical programs in Fort Meade, Maryland.

In this role, you will join a highly skilled team responsible for designing architecture and developing solutions that support organizational needs within a secure, hybrid cloud environment. You will administer, maintain, and enhance self-hosted ServiceNow implementations while developing workflows, service requests, integrations, and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will bring strong hands‑on ServiceNow administration and development experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain self-hosted ServiceNow implementations.
  • Create custom workflows to support organizational processes and requirements.
  • Build service requests that meet business and technical requirements.
  • Develop views and reports as needed.
  • Implement integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration.
  • Perform system, integration, and Section 508 compliance testing.
  • Monitor application health, usage, and compliance.
  • Assess current ServiceNow usage and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.
  • Develop scripts to automate routine administrative and operational tasks.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Train and mentor junior team members.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and organizational stakeholders to deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Ten (10) years of Systems Administration experience supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Five (5) additional years of Systems Administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
  • An active IAT Level II certification or higher in compliance with DoD 8570.01-M, such as CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, or SSCP.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer.
  • Experience managing, configuring, troubleshooting, upgrading, and maintaining a self-hosted ServiceNow instance, including performing required upgrades to core ServiceNow applications.
  • Familiarity with web-based user interface technologies, including HTML, XML, and CSS.
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience reviewing processes and implementing operational efficiencies.
  • ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer.
  • Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments.
  • AWS experience.
