What does a WebSphere administrator do?

A WebSphere administrator’s responsibilities are to manage the server and provide support to companies using the program. In this role, your duties include overseeing deployment and operational tasks, monitoring application server performance, modifying and updating technical documentation, creating reports, and determining project requirements.
