ServiceNow Developer #1103
Clearance: US Citizenship Required, Must have ICE Public Trust or the ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance
Dev Technology Group is looking to onboard a ServiceNow Application developer with specific, tangible experience or certifications in the following:
- Current ServiceNow System administration certification
- Experience with App Engine
- Object oriented development experience focused on Javascript
- Custom scoped application development
What You'll Be Doing:
Serve as a ServiceNow developer on a cross-functional development team;
- Design and develop custom scoped applications on the Now Platform to meet business requirements, including implementation of ACLs, client scripts, UI Builder, business rules, workflows, and custom Service Portal widgets, including advanced scripting of each
- Collaborate with application teams to design and implement data interfaces with other enterprise application systems
- Develop and manage operational metrics reporting and dashboards
- Support the development and analysis of customer requirements and assist with the development of user stories
- Perform application testing
Required Education, Skills and Experience:
- ServiceNow Systems Administration certification required
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, with 2-3+ years of relevant experience
- 3 or more years of development experience using the ServiceNow platform
- Experience with use of Agile methodologies for software development
- Experience with App Engine and building ServiceNow applications
- In depth knowledge of development on the ServiceNow Platform, including client and server scripting, ServiceNow REST APIs, and custom widget development in Service Portal.
- Experience with working to support a Federal Law Enforcement agency a plus.
- Experience developing, updating, and interpreting JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform
- Knowledge of ServiceNow development and configuration best practices
- Knowledge of ServiceNow database hierarchies and design
- Experience with development, customization, and administration of multiple components of ServiceNow
- Excellent communications skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Additional experience or certifications in other ServiceNow applications such as CMDB, or Service Portal for example is a plus
Preferred Education Skills and Experience:
- ServiceNow Application Development certification is strongly preferred
- Experience with Angular
- Experience or training with React
- Other ServiceNow certifications are a plus
- ServiceNow AI experience
"Our estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $140,000, this presented salary range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
