  • Monitor database availability, performance, connectivity, security, and reliability.
  • Support database configuration, maintenance, backup, recovery, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Ensure application and ServiceNow integrations can securely and reliably access required data.

System Integration & Identity Management
  • Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot APIs connecting ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.

  • Support automated application build, testing, integration, and deployment processes.
  • Coordinate application and configuration releases across development, test, staging, and production environments as applicable.
  • Assist with troubleshooting deployment failures and configuration issues.

AI Integration & Automation
  • Apply AI fundamentals to accelerate application development, scripting, automation, and technical problem-solving.
  • Evaluate opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities into ServiceNow applications and workflows.
  • Develop or integrate AI-enabled functions that reduce repetitive manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support responsible implementation of emerging AI capabilities within applicable customer cybersecurity and information-assurance requirements.

Required Qualifications
