Job description

Our client is seeking a highly qualified ServiceNow Administrator to join their team. As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will be responsible for implementing, administering, and supporting ServiceNow in a FedRAMP environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and administer ServiceNow in a FedRAMP environment
  • Support a ServiceNow domain separated environment
  • Implement and support modules in ServiceNow, including SOM, CSM/TSM, SMP, IRM, and ITSM
  • Perform system maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize ServiceNow enhancements
  • Provide end-user support and training
  • Ensure the security, availability, and performance of ServiceNow
Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow System Admin certification (admin or higher)
  • Minimum of 5 years of related ServiceNow administrative work experience
  • Extensive experience implementing and administering ServiceNow in a FedRAMP environment
  • Extensive experience implementing and supporting a ServiceNow domain separated environment
  • Experience implementing and supporting SOM, CSM/TSM, SMP, IRM, and ITSM modules in ServiceNow
  • Ability to obtain USDA clearance to support FedRAMP ServiceNow work
