Job description

Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a ServiceNow Software Developer to join our team and support an up-tempo, creative environment for an Intelligence Community (IC) customer located in Northern VA. Our culture thrives on innovation, creative curiosity, and cognitive diversity - the candidate shall provide development and process improvement support of Sponsor's Global Infrastructure Business System (GIBS) custom application suite and other Sponsor requirements on the enterprise and non-enterprise ServiceNow platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience using web development technologies, specifically JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Demonstrated experience developing ServiceNow, or advanced experience with software development or experience with low-code development platforms and the aptitude to develop ServiceNow experience,
  • Demonstrated experience with Flow Designer, creating catalog items, and an understanding of business rules.
  • Demonstrated experience in business process analysis including evaluating customer need, internal processes, document business process models, and translating these models as functional technical requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in systems evaluation such as identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
  • Demonstrated experience with process improvement such as analyzing functions, requirements, or existing capabilities and shortfalls.
  • Demonstrated experience with program management and project task management, and customer relations and outreach.
  • Demonstrated experience with IT and systems lifecycle management, including managing review boards, and change & release management.
  • Demonstrated experience with knowledge management, including developing feature release descriptions, and technical artifacts related to the development under this request.

Required Qualifications:
  • Active Security Clearance with Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of demonstrated experience.
  • Front End Software Developer to support and All Source Data Modeling and Analysis team.
  • Provide Front End Developer support to deliver a prototype application frontend Interface utilizing JavaScript, Angular, and a containerized (Docker and/or Kubernetes is preferred), cloud (AWS) development platform, Elasticsearch integration, and AWS tools.
  • The application supports integrations that tie into other applications that support AI models on the backend.
