Job Description

ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow consultant passionate about the ServiceNow platform and working on complex and challenging projects. Jade ServiceNow Developers provide platform and technical expertise through the full life cycle of development projects on the ServiceNow platform.

 

Responsibilities

       Key member of implementation project teams

       Customize and enhance ServiceNow

       Help Convert business requirements into technical solutions

       Analysing, designing and developing business applications

       Develop enterprise custom applications on the ServiceNow platform/CreateNow

       ServiceNow Configuration and customization (Workflow, UI, client scripts, business rules, etc.)

       Develop integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.)

  

Experience 

       3- 5 yrs experience with at least 1 year of ServiceNow developer experience

       ServiceNow Systems Administrator certification preferred

       Strong ServiceNow Scripting experience

       Hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow development platform -Workflows, Orchestration, Client Script, Business Rule, Script Include, UI Policy/Action, Fix Scripts, Transform Scripts, Debugging Mechanism, Custom System Properties

       Strong web application development with Java based server environments such as Apache Tomcat

       Familiarity with JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, CSS, XHTML and XML

       Experience with database design schemas and data modelling

       Knowledge of Eclipse IDE JUnit preferred

       Strong requirements gathering experience. Ability to work with business users and clients

       Excellent communication skills - verbal and writing skills

       Demonstrated consulting aptitude

       Some travel maybe require

       Any background in IT Asset Management, IT Financial Management or Software Asset Management software is highly desirable

       ITIL knowledge and ITIL certification a big plus
