Job description

Duties

  • Provides technical leadership across WSSC’s existing ServiceNow modules and guides design for SPM and CSM adoption.
  • Defines technical blueprints for incident, problem, change, request, and asset lifecycle processes.
  • Conducts architecture reviews, ensuring compliance, cost, and risk visibility across IT assets.
  • Designs integrations with HR, finance, and GIS systems where needed for asset and customer data.

Experience Requirement

  • 10+ years in enterprise application/system architecture, including 5+ years architecting ServiceNow solutions.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITSM/ITOM/SPM/CSM).

Specialized Experience

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Asset Mgmt Pro (hardware/software lifecycle).
  • Proven delivery of SPM and/or CSM implementations at enterprise scale.
  • Strong expertise with PA dashboards for asset compliance, cost management, and SLA tracking.
