Job description

Lead Web Middleware Developer

Middleware Looking for Lead Web Middleware Developer for Shipping Agile Team involves phases: Feasibility, Analysis/Design, Code, Unit, Build, System, Integration, Deployment, Production Support. Tasks will include providing technical direction to team members and interfacing teams, requirements analysis, sizing, and scoping, implementing new initiatives, log analysis, build scripts, defect corrections, continuing engineering items, and leading all phases of the Software Lifecycle process. This application provides the shipping needs of UPS customers by allowing them to prepare, label, ship, and manage their shipments. The successful candidate must be proficient in developing/building/implementing restful API's using Java/J2EE, Rest WebService, SOAP, XML and Spring Boot under Linux environment. Knowledge in GKE/Kubernetes will be an added advantage.
