Job description

The Work:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Middleware Developer to support, enhance, and optimize our enterprise middleware platforms. This role involves handson development, system administration, troubleshooting, and upgrade activities across Oracle's middleware product suites. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, configure, and support solutions across Oracle Fusion Middleware platforms, including WebLogic, SOA Suite, BPM Suite, WebCenter, and ADF. - Support the full lifecycle of WebCenter applications from development through production, including deployments, performance tuning, and operational monitoring. - Provide advanced troubleshooting and rootcause analysis for complex issues across WebCenter, SOA, BPM, and WebLogic environments. - Perform and support middleware upgrade and migration activities across Oracle product families, including planning, execution, validation, and environment stabilization. - Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and development teams to ensure stable, secure, and scalable middleware environments. - Develop and maintain integration components, SOA composites, ADF applications, and related middleware assets. - Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.

Here's What You Need:

  • Strong handson experience with: Oracle WebLogic Server Oracle SOA Suite Oracle BPM Suite Oracle WebCenter Suite (Portal, Content, Sites) Oracle ADF
  • Experience with the WebCenter Content security model (roles, ACLs, authentication, integration).
  • Experience with Oracle Identity & Access Management (OAM, OUD, IdM).
  • Demonstrated experience performing upgrades between Oracle Fusion Middleware versions across multiple components.
  • Strong understanding of Java/J2EE, XML, XSD, XSLT, SOAP/REST, and integration patterns.
  • Experience supporting multienvironment pipelines (Dev/Test/Prod) and deployment automation tools (WLST, ANT, Maven, Git).
  • Solid understanding of Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Oracle Database, SQL tuning, and RAC.
  • Exposure to cloud or hybrid architectures (Oracle Cloud, Azure, AWS).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
