Job Title: Oracle Technical Developer
Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Developer for a 12-month contract opportunity. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Oracle Cloud Applications and Concur system, engaging in administration, implementations, system enhancements, and integrations with other corporate applications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders in Finance, Procurement, Project Management, IT, Engineering, and other key business units to ensure effective communication regarding integration projects.
  • Gather and document comprehensive business requirements, consulting with stakeholders to prioritize, develop, and deploy effective solutions.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and track systems and process issues to ensure efficient and operational systems.
  • Establish user access based on established policies and guidelines, resolving access-related issues promptly and accurately to maintain compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement new initiatives or projects.
  • Document process flows and standard operating procedures thoroughly, and facilitate training sessions on these processes for team members.
  • Configure and extend Oracle Fusion ERP/Financial applications to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and enhance Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) orchestrations.
  • Create OTBI dashboards and reports utilizing relevant subject areas and SQL queries.
  • Support quarterly Oracle system upgrades alongside internal and external stakeholders, preparing for changes to be discussed in the Change Advisory Board.
  • Assist in identifying, designing, testing, and implementing new ERP functionalities and improvements.
  • Manage the backlog of projects post-ERP implementation, prioritizing tasks with the Change Advisory Committee's approval.
  • Monitor finance systems service desk tickets and provide support for the weekly timecard submission and approval process.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance applications and processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and scalable.

Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of functional and technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in configuring and developing integrations on the Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) platform.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in extending Oracle Fusion Redwood using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
  • Significant experience (10+ years) in administering and extending Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), including developing custom reports, dashboards, and agents.
  • Proficient in setting up Oracle Fusion Applications across multiple Organizational Legal Entities and Business Units.
  • Experience with Oracle BPM including creating and updating workflow and approval processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements (MD50) into detailed technical design documents (MD70) for Oracle Fusion Cloud extensions.
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting business processes such as general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, intercompany accounting, order processing, fixed assets, and cash management.
  • Familiarity with SQL, DBMS, and BI reporting is a plus.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, demonstrating a high degree of accuracy.
  • Quick learner with a strong capability to engage with new information and technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
