• 5+ years of hands?on ServiceNow engineering and development experience
• Practical experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow IRM and GRC solutions
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Required
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and configuration (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes)
• Experience developing workflows, integrations (REST/SOAP), and automated controls
• Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance concepts
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in financial services or banking
• Familiarity with regulatory and control frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, COSO)
• Experience supporting audits, risk assessments, and regulatory exams
