Job description

Job Summary:
Damco Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a contractor position. The role involves supporting ServiceNow applications, particularly the Customer Service Management application, for various projects within the Department of Health and Human Services.
Responsibilities:
• support of ServiceNow applications and specifically the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) application for multiple projects within the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)
• estimate software development efforts
Qualifications:
Required:
• 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and/or administration
• 5+ years' experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor using functionality such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs)
• 5+ years' experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor such as notifications and reporting
• Proficient in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• 5+ years' experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM)
• 3+ years' experience building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems leveraging REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Candidate with relevant department experience is required.
Preferred:
• Locals are highly preferred cause it's a hybrid role.
• Ability to estimate software development efforts
