The ServiceNow developer contributes to AHF's mission by delivering quality custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules tailored to AHF's needs, while staying within the predefined budget and timeframe. The end application or service will ultimately enhance the productivity and efficiency of patient care.
The ServiceNow developer works mainly between IT and business units at AHF, ensures delivered solutions meet both technical and business expectations. The ServiceNow developer follows Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies to design, develop, test and maintain ServiceNow applications.
The ServiceNow developer ensures the platform addresses specific challenges effectively and enhances user satisfaction by delivering intuitive and efficient solutions. The ServiceNow developer improves system interoperability and automates cross-platform processes. And reduces manual intervention and potential errors in data flow.
The ServiceNow developer ensures business area requests for application development services are understood, prioritized and addressed to improve reliability, productivity and quality of AHF IT services.
Furthermore, the ServiceNow developer ensures production ServiceNow systems are performing well and operating without defects to facilitate improvement in customer service and satisfaction.
