Job Description

This role will support analysis, reconciliation, and validation of brokerage data to support accurate investment performance reporting to clients and advisors, keeping client /advisor escalations to a minimum while further contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become well-versed of in-house and vendor systems for research and problem solving.
  • Analyze summary and exception information from reconciliation reporting.
  • Document metrics based on reporting results.
  • Use findings to generate recommendations for internal and external partners.
  • Transmit reporting exceptions to vendor for client website updates.
  • Validate client website updates.
  • Document processes or reporting enhancements.
  • Resolve or help resolve client and advisor escalations or other immediate ad hoc requests.
  • Maintain effective and trusting relationships with key business partners.
  • Provide support to small to medium sized projects.
  • Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Cost Basis, Clearing Tax Reporting, Tax Quality, and Output Processing, to support projects, process improvements, issue resolution, and organizational priorities.


Required Qualifications

  • Education: Associate degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • *Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for education and experience.
  • A passion and enthusiasm for the financial services industry.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
  • Strong analytical (quantitative/qualitative), problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members and business partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively summarize and communicate results from data request analyses.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for evaluating data.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Math, Science, or related field.
  • Brokerage operations Experience.
  • Experience processing corporate actions events.
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, queries and macros, or equivalent ability to learn.
  • Additional data software or programming languages or ability to learn.

In-Office Collaboration

Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Base Pay Salary

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $26.15 - $35.96 / hour. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports all aspects of your health and well-being, including but not limited to vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurances.
