Job Description

Job Summary

As a Service Administrator you will support the Service Manager in the daily operations of the service department. This position is responsible for data entry, administrative support, and maintaining accurate service records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. You will also play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient delivery of services and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. As part of our operations team, you will collaborate with multiple team members and leaders, participating wherever necessary to ensure smooth, efficient operations. In this role, you may juggle multiple projects simultaneously, necessitating time management, multitasking, and organizational skills. This role demands a detail-oriented, organized professional with strong communication skills and a dedication to providing top-notch service experience.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain service records, and operational databases.
  • Analyze data and provide reports that support management decisionmaking.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, accounting, and management teams to ensure smooth departmental operations.
  • Assist with implementing and maintaining company procedures and best practices.
  • Support special projects assigned by management.
  • Requirements and Qualifications
  • 12 years’ experience in an administrative or operations role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, sorting/filtering data, and report creation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
