W&B Service Company has an excellent opportunity for a Service Administrator. We are the largest transport refrigeration dealer of Carrier Transicold, a world leader in Truck, Trailer and rail refrigeration systems. We are also the nationโ€™s largest full-service Hyundai Translead trailer dealer. We have 26 facilities including mobile, throughout Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Chicago, and Ohio

Position Summary:

W&B Service Company remains focused on being the very best Transport Refrigeration and Semi-Trailer dealer in the Nation: providing new equipment, used equipment, parts, and service. We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Administrator to support our Carrier and Heavy-Duty Equipment Service Department. This role is essential in ensuring efficient service operations by coordinating repair orders, customer communication, technician workflow support, and billing accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process paperwork, invoices, work orders, and other branch documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Support branch staff with scheduling, reporting, and general office needs
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support branch operations
  • Open, update, and close repair orders accurately and timely
  • Coordinate service scheduling and support technician workflow
  • Communicate repair status and updates with customers and internal teams
  • Support parts and service coordination to minimize downtime
  • Maintain organized service records and documentation
  • Assist service management with daily operational reporting
  • Provide professional customer service at service counter and by phone/email

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in service administration, service writing, or repair order processing preferred
  • Experience in heavy-duty truck, trailer, Carrier refrigeration, or equipment service environment is a plus
  • Professional attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of service workflows and repair order processes
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in computer systems and service management software
  • Strong typing skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
