We are seeking a Client Service Administrator to provide operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors while delivering exceptional client service. This role is responsible for assisting with client account management, handling administrative tasks, supporting financial advisors, and ensuring an outstanding client experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, client-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Always act in the client's best interest.

  • Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude.

  • Assist clients with account maintenance and general financial inquiries via phone and in person.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.

  • Handle sensitive financial information with the highest level of confidentiality.

  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

  • Prepare account paperwork and coordinate asset transfer processes.

  • Provide administrative support, including front desk duties, receptionist responsibilities, and data entry.

  • Assist in developing sales and marketing initiatives.

Work Schedule
  • Monday through Friday

  • 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Physical Requirements
  • Primarily desk-based work involving prolonged sitting.

  • Regular interaction with clients both in person and over the phone.
