Role Description The Site Administrator is a full-time, on-site role located in Allendale, MI, responsible for overseeing daily operations at the childcare center. This role includes managing schedules, coordinating staff coverage, and ensuring adherence to licensing requirements, health, safety, and organizational policies. The Site Administrator supports families by handling enrollment processes, maintaining records, responding to inquiries, and communicating important updates. Day-to-day activities also involve supervising facility maintenance needs, monitoring classroom supplies, and assisting with basic budgeting and reporting tasks.
