Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in asset management or IT support.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Personal liability automobile insurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing computer hardware requests in the Service Now Ticketing system.
  • Managing Distribution Center stock levels.
  • Asset reconciliation.
  • Processing stolen, broken, and lost/missing computer hardware in Service Now.
  • Managing computer consumables.
  • Managing DC asset disposals for aging and broken equipment.
  • Preparing computer hardware for technicians which includes installing Operating System and select software applications.
