Quantam Solutions provides IT solutions and consulting for various clients. We offer competitive hourly wages, health benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. We are currently seeking a IT Asset Technician. Candidates will need to be able to work fully onsite.
OVERVIEW:
We're seeking a knowledgeable DC Administrator to work at the Bowling Green Distribution Center located at 356 Suwannee Trail St, Bowling Green, KY. This position includes asset management responsibilities as well as some light technical responsibilities. Candidates for this position should be detail-oriented, and they should possess strong analytical, time management, and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Processing computer hardware requests in our Service Now Ticketing system.
  • Managing Distribution Center (DC) stock levels.
  • Asset Reconciliation.
  • Processing stolen, broken, and lost/missing computer hardware in Service Now.
  • Managing computer consumables.
  • Managing DC asset disposals for aging and broken equipment.
  • Preparing computer hardware for technicians which includes installing Operating System and select software applications.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, analytical ability, and communication skills.
  • Experience with inventory, asset management, hardware support, or ticketing systems preferred.
  • Valid driver's license as some driving of a state vehicle may be required to transport or pick up equipment.
