Purpose:
Performs a range of accounting and data entry activities in accordance with Dealership policies, procedures, and requirements. Specifically focused on entries and processes related to John Deere Billing, New Equipment receipting and Sales WorkFlow review.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and make entries for all JDSC (John Deere Sales Center) activities for a region of locations.
  • Receipt new John Deere and Non-John Deere equipment invoices.
  • Daily entries to assign cost to all New Equipment.
  • Weekly reconciliation of New Equipment invoices to JDSC records.
  • Research and provide support relating to missing, inaccurate, or unidentified New Equipment.
  • Provide support in reviewing all sales deals through workflow.
  • Oversee and assist with daily entries of JDSC activities for all locations.

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
  • Associate's degree with Accounting/Finance/Business discipline or equivalent experience required.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Comprehensive written communication skills.
  • Proficient with accounting systems and application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), with a Balance Sheet focus.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • FileBound knowledge a plus
