Job description

Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth!  Rite of Passage Team is hiring Facility Administrator at our Pearl Haven site in North Shore, Oahu-a Residential Treatment for teenage human trafficking victims

Pearl Haven is a specialized facility on the north shore of Oahu that provides trauma informed therapeutic services for girls ages 11-17 who have experienced complex trauma or are diagnosed with serious emotional and behavioral disturbances to try and help them heal from their trauma.

What you will do: The Facility Administrator will provide leadership and oversight across multiple programs, ensuring consistent implementation of evidence-based and trauma-informed models of care. The Facility Administrator will oversee treatment planning, documentation standards, and clinical quality assurance as well as reviewing critical incidents, safety plans, and risk assessments; guide staff through complex clinical decisions.

To be considered you should:

Have a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
Demonstrate experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and managing complex clinical/operational environments.
Posess strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, adolescent development, and behavioral health treatment models.
Proven ability to interpret and apply licensing standards, contract requirements, and regulatory expectations.
