Als Leitung Office & Facility Management übernimmst du die Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen, sicheren und effizienten Standortbetrieb. Gemeinsam mit deinem achtköpfigen Team gestaltest du ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld, das Mitarbeitenden und Besucher gleichermaßen ein positives Erlebnis bietet. Dabei steuerst du sämtliche Facility- und Standortservices von Gebäudebetrieb, Infrastruktur und Außenanlagen über Fuhrpark und Dienstleistermanagement bis hin zu internen Events. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit HR, Engineering und Produktion sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Standorte optimal funktionieren und sich kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln.

Your Mission

Leadership & Team Development

  • Teamentwicklung: Du führst und entwickelst unser Office & Facility Management Team und förderst eine offene, leistungsstarke und serviceorientierte Zusammenarbeit.
  • Teamführung: Du verantwortest die Kapazitäts-, Ressourcen- und Einsatzplanung

Digitalisation & Process Optimisation

  • Prozessoptimierung: Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse, Standards und Services, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst diese nachhaltig weiter
  • Digitalisierung: Du entwickelst unsere digitalen Services kontinuierlich weiter, optimierst bestehende Ticketportale und setzt neue Digitalisierungsinitiativen um, wie z.b. die Einführung einer digitalen Besucheranmeldung
  • Projektmanagement: Du gestaltest lokale und internationale Projekte aktiv mit und steuerst abteilungsspezifische Projekte gemäß unseren Projektmanagement-Standards von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung

Standort- & Facility Management

  • Standortbetrieb & Arbeitsumfeld: Du stellst gemeinsam mit deinem Team einen sicheren, funktionalen und reibungslosen Standortbetrieb sicher.
    • Gewährleisten eines gepflegten und repräsentativen Arbeitsumfelds
    • Koordinieren von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen und Infrastrukturservices
  • Dienstleistermanagement: Du steuerst standortbezogene Services sowie externe Dienstleister und Lieferanten und stellst die Einhaltung vereinbarter Qualitäts- und Servicestandards sicher z. b. bei der Gebäudereinigung
  • Fuhrparkmanagement: Du verantwortest unseren Fuhrpark und stellst eine effiziente, wirtschaftliche und regelkonforme Verwaltung sicher

Service Excellence & Employee Experience

  • Besuchermanagement: Du verantwortest ein professionelles und reibungsloses Besuchererlebnis am Standort
  • Service Excellence: Du berätst und unterstützt Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in allen Office- und Facility-Themen und fördert die effiziente Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Fachbereichen, insbesondere Production, Engineering und HR
  • Employee Experience: Du planst und koordinierst interne Veranstaltungen, Firmenevents und Initiativen zur Förderung von Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit, Engagement und Unternehmenskultur
Minimum Qualifications
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Tourismusmanagement, Sozialwissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem anderen relevanten Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Office Management oder Facility Management
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Freude an einem internationalen, dynamischen und agilen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe Serviceorientierung und Resilienz
  • Durchsetzungsstärke, Entscheidungsfreude und ein professionelles Stakeholdermanagement auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Fragestellungen strukturiert, sachlich und zielorientiert zu bearbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
