This position is responsible for representing Digital Direction as part of a Managed Telecom Team for our existing and new customer base. The candidate would interface with clients and vendors to facilitate client orders. This role has a customer service function, supporting our clients as they make changes to their telecom environment. The position offers virtual office (remote).
Job Summary: Top IT consulting company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst/Pricing Specialist for telecom and cloud to join our rapidly growing team. Candidate will be responsible for establishing relationships with key internal/external stakeholders in the steady state environment of our telecom management services, creating pricing proposals and pulling data/reports for quarterly and/or annual client business reviews.
Responsibilities:
  • Network and Cloud Pricing - Pricing requests originate from our sales and procurement teams for single or multi-site telecom services including Broadband, DIA, MPLS/VPLS, SD-WAN, UCaaS, etc. Must have a very high ability to effectively organize and manage multiple pricing requests at any given time. Must have an extensive background in all IT products and solutions, appropriate vendor options, and pricing workflow. Microsoft Dynamics CRM background preferred.

  • Business Reviews (BR) - Participate in client Audit/TEM/MTS BR as lead analyst gathering and validating all data for client presentations.
    • Work with MTS Team to identify AND schedule BRs with internal team and client.
    • Identify and Gather client data from Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other systems to populate presentation.
    • Collaborate with internal Sales/CSS Teams to generate renewal and upgrade reports for existing client services, and to identify potential opportunities for new sales. All reports will be created utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM Contract Renewal Reporting.
    • Identify, manage, and execute on key takeaways and action items from client BR meetings.
    • Collaborate with sales and technology teams to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to operations.
    • Track and report on client success metrics, including client satisfaction levels, retention rates, and revenue growth.
    • Report, meet, decide, deliver contracts, submit renewal/upgrade orders through Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of pricing desk experience within the telecom industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in telecom/cloud/IT (Channel experience preferred), with high market exposure to all the different industry providers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data insights to clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving client satisfaction and pricing targets.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • VERY HIGH knowledge of telecom products, services, and providers, including voice, data, and cloud solutions.
  • VERY HIGH knowledge of telecom contract language and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve client success goals.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and data analytics tools.
