As a Sr Support Engineer, you will:

  • Experience playing the role of Production Support Engineer
  • Very good communication and customer facing skill
  • Should be very good experience working on the incident management/logging tool ServiceNow
  • Hands on experience in the monitoring tool 'App Dynamics', Splunk
  • Should have experience in trouble shooting portal-based applications developed on Mendix/React/Javascript
  • Knowledge of US Insurance domain is an added plus

Pay Range: $ 76,500 - 89,500 $ Per Year
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
