What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Senior Support Engineer?

To thrive as a Senior Support Engineer, you need advanced troubleshooting skills, deep technical expertise in relevant platforms or software, and typically a degree in computer science or a related field. Familiarity with ticketing systems, diagnostic tools, scripting languages, and certifications like ITIL or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are often required.
