Job Title: Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Oakland Park, FL 33309 (100% onsite)
Position Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist with strong high-volume processing experience to join a growing team in Oakland Park. This role will play a key part in managing full-cycle AR functions, ensuring accurate cash application, timely collections, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has hands-on NetSuite experience and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable processes in a high-volume environment
• Post and apply daily cash receipts, including ACH, wire transfers, and checks
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Perform collections activities, including following up on past due balances and maintaining aging reports
• Investigate short payments, chargebacks, and unapplied cash
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date AR aging and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues
• Assist with month-end close activities related to AR, including reporting and reconciliations
• Support process improvements and streamline AR workflows within NetSuite
Qualifications:
• 3-5+ years of accounts receivable experience, including high-volume processing
• Prior experience in a senior or lead AR capacity preferred
• Strong NetSuite experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of cash applications, reconciliations, and collections
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
