Description
Secretary - Outpatient Clinic Conifer Park is looking for a secretary to join our outpatient team in Rochester, NY. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the outpatient staff including answering telephones, screening calls, and responding to requests from patients and staff as well as making and confirming appointments, schedules and coordinating special meetings.
Schedule: Monday & Wednesday 10:30am - 7:00pm / Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED with 1-3 years clerical experience. Must be proficient in typing and have excellent communication and computer skills required. CPR is required within 6 months of hire.
