Position: Secondary School Secretary - 12 month - Office Clerk III SIII (Posting Number 2627-3808)

We strongly welcome candidates with the following qualifications:
  • Must be able to independently perform complex assignments; able to draft correspondence, reports and documents related to activities
  • Must be able to render good judgment in handling confidential material and information
  • Demonstrates outstanding computer skills including a thorough knowledge of electronic mail, Microsoft Office, Google Docs and Infinite Campus
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills, writing skills and communication skills
  • Demonstrates ability to relate well with students, parents and staff

Responsibilities:
  • Greeting all visitors and answering incoming phone calls
  • Updating and maintaining records and files, handling dated information
  • Make arrangements for appointments and meetings
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the principal
  • Create and maintain written correspondence

Salary: Hourly wage will be determined at the time of employment and based on the current AEOP current contract.
