Responsibilities:
  • First POC for any internal HR queries & visitor check-in/out.
  • POC for initial safety/incidents reports.
  • Manage day-to-day SC attendance reports to include attendance points report out, call outs, update on crew member leave early/arrive late.
  • Facilitate hourly recruitment/on-boarding process.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent crew member physical personnel documents.
  • Facilitate/organize crew member experience/recognition programs.
  • Understand/enforce building policies to promote safe work environment that aligns with organizations core values.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned and provide general support to HRM, GM & AGM.
  • Create/manage critical AP controls to include security badges, crew locker assignment & front lobby presence at all times.
  • Perform drug testing as requested by HR leaders.
  • Answer multi-line phone system and manage all requests that are not first call resolution.

Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of clerical/office, executive admin & HR experience
  • Strong MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams experience.
  • Previous Workday/Kronos knowledge base
  • Multi-phone line soft phone experience
  • Strong communication and professional interpersonal skills, with an innovative and proactive spirit that adapts quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume/fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as needed
  • Strong problem solving/conflict resolution skills
  • Able to work 30 hours a week, Monday-Friday
