Job description

FT Seasonal Receptionist

This full-time seasonal position is responsible for managing incoming customer calls, assisting walk-in customers and corporate office visitors, and accurately entering and maintaining customer account information. The anticipated duration of this role is from September 2026 through January 2027.

Essential Functions:

  • Ensure that all customer service functions are handled in a timely, efficient, and appropriate manner, including, but not limited to, that they are performed consistent with all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a proficient working knowledge of the Company's customer service practices and other policies and procedures and implement them in connection with all customer service activities.
  • Preparation of documents for data entry.
  • Completion of data entry daily.
  • All daily functions are completed accurately and timely.
  • Maintain a proficient working knowledge of the JDE software modules as it applies to the position.
  • Process credit card, cash, and check payments.
