Day to day, you'll

  • Answer phones
  • Greeting Clients in personalized, friendly, and welcoming manner.
  • Scheduling Clients how they would like to be scheduled
  • Handling client exits by ensuring all current and future needs are met.
  • Maintaining office cleanliness, and organizing/filing paperwork
  • other duties as assigned
