Position Overview

Results Driven REI is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound and inbound sales activity, qualify prospects, and generate consistent pipeline for our closing team.

This role is designed for individuals with real sales experience โ€” not administrative support. The ideal candidate has worked in a performance-driven sales environment, is comfortable on the phone, understands revenue impact, and takes ownership of their numbers.

The SDR functions as an appointment setter within the sales process, directly contributing to revenue by creating qualified sales opportunities through daily execution.

What Success Looks Like in This Role
  • High-volume phone activity with confidence and consistency

  • Strong ability to engage, qualify, and advance sales conversations

  • Comfort working toward clear KPIs (calls, connects, booked appointments)

  • Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally

Key Responsibilities
