Salary:

Ardham Technologies is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support the growth of our Texas market. This role is responsible for outbound prospecting, high-volume dialing, networking, and appointment setting to generate new opportunities for our sales team.

The SDR plays a critical role in building pipeline by engaging cold prospects, following up on marketing-generated leads, and representing Ardham at chamber events and community networking opportunities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and growing a career in technology sales. This role serves as the entry point to Ardhams sales career path, with advancement opportunities into a Business Development Executive (BDE) role.


Key Responsibilities


Outbound Prospecting

  • Conduct high-volume outbound dialing using the company dialer system
  • Engage prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Identify decision-makers within target organizations
  • Introduce Ardhams IT consulting and managed services

Appointment Setting

  • Qualify potential opportunities through initial discovery conversations
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the Business Development Executive (BDE) team
  • Document discovery notes and prospect insights in the CRM

Marketing Collaboration

  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and campaigns
  • Support conferences, trade shows, and local business events
  • Assist with post-event outreach to develop opportunities

Networking & Community Engagement

  • Attend Chamber of Commerce and community networking events
  • Represent Ardham within the Central Texas business community
  • Build relationships with local businesses and decision-makers

Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate activity tracking in the CRM
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities
  • Develop and maintain prospect lists aligned with target industries


Qualifications


Experience

  • 13 years of sales, SDR, BDR, or outbound prospecting experience
  • Experience with cold calling and high-volume outreach
  • Technology or IT sales experience preferred

Skills

  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining persistence
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
  • Self-motivated with a strong competitive drive

Tools

  • CRM experience (ConnectWise PSA preferred)
  • Prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.ai, or similar platforms


Travel

Travel is required for this position. May require out-of-the-area and overnight travel. Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and motor vehicle insurance.
