This role is essentially a senior-level Salesforce developer/administrator who can both build and support the Salesforce environment for the business.

What this person actually does

  • Owns and manages the company's Salesforce system
  • Builds custom features and enhancements inside Salesforce
  • Supports users when things break or changes are needed
  • Creates reports and dashboards for leadership and teams
  • Works with Sales, Recruiting, Operations, and IT to improve processes
  • Connects Salesforce with other systems/tools through integrations
