Job duties:
• design, development and extension of all salesforce related functionality
• Work with the Product Management team to distill product requirements into technical designs
• Work with Scrum Lead to estimate, sequence, and deliver functionalities for each release
• Work with third party solution providers to validate their design and implementation approach and suggest revisions as necessary
• Work closely with other developers in the team, architects, business analysts, and project managers
• Propose creative and alternative approaches to delivering highly innovative experience to user base
• Perform design and code reviews
Qualifications
Essential skills:
• Minimum3- 5 years' Salesforce application development experience including JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, Apex, VisualForce and SOQL; background working in Agile delivery teams
• History of leading the architecture, design and development of Salesforce CRM configuration and custom applications
• In depth understanding of developing application on the Force.com platform
• Strong experience with writing triggers with Bulk Safe Practice and Salesforce Governor limits
• Experience working with Salesforce API and integrating third-party components into Salesforce
• Demonstrated experience in trouble shooting complex integration challenges
• Work with Salesforce support to explain issues, manage the issues from creation to resolution
• In depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and building integration with Salesforce
• Experience in .Net and Microsoft BizTalk preferred
• Good understanding of data structures, data modeling, db schema is required
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Financial Industry experience preferred
• Salesforce developer certification preferred
