What you will enjoy doing*
  • You will support Distribution Management by leading safety communications, providing driver coaching, and delivering corrective feedback to improve performance
  • You will conduct customer site surveys, clearly communicate findings, and recommend actionable improvements to enhance safety and operations
  • Ensure compliance with Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports by reviewing submissions, following up on issues, and maintaining accurate documentation
  • You will plan and facilitate driver safety meetings, track attendance, and manage follow-up actions to reinforce safety standards
  • Additionally, train third-party drivers on quality assurance programs through ride-alongs, observations, and hands-on coaching
  • You will deliver driver training and re-training on product knowledge, defensive driving, and required certification programs while supporting renewal processes
  • Furthermore, evaluate driver performance, provide coaching, document outcomes, and support ongoing development and accountability
  • Lastly, manage administrative responsibilities such as training records, safety documentation, payroll auditing, and coordination with logistics while providing back-up support to leadership

What makes you great
  • You will hold a high school diploma or equivalent, along with more than five (5+) years of experience in distribution, logistics, or cryogenic operations
  • You will apply your knowledge of cryogenic gases and safety protocols to support driver training, compliance, and safety programs
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail when performing quality assurance testing and maintaining accurate documentation
  • You will provide constructive, professional, and patient feedback to team members to support continuous improvement and performance development
  • Additionally, utilize Microsoft Office 365 tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote, and Teams) to manage reporting and communication effectively
  • You will deliver professional presentations, including to large groups, to support training initiatives and operational goals
  • Furthermore, maintain a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements while safely performing physical tasks and working in various environments
  • Lastly, adapt to flexible schedules, travel up to 50%, support on-call responsibilities, and carry company equipment to meet operational and training needs
