•       Lead Salesforce release management, feature testing, and deployment of new capabilities with minimal business disruption.

•       Coordinate with Salesforce Support and internal teams to resolve service requests.

•       Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong organizational skills and executive presence.

Requirements

·        Expertise in Salesforce configuration, Flow automation, security, reporting/dashboards, and integration best practices.

·        Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems to support Quote-to-Cash and order management.

·        Experience with Pricefx, Boardwalk, Marketo, CPQ, or advanced revenue management solutions is a plus.

·        Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, Agentforce, or other AI/ML capabilities is highly desirable.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively bridge technical and business teams.
