Job description

This role is for a Sr. Salesforce Engineer with 10+ years of experience, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The engineer will work across application development, integrations, and platform capabilities, while also leveraging AI capabilities (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, generative AI, and Copilot tools) to enhance development productivity and solution design.

·                Core Expectations:

  • Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning, and platform capabilities
  • Build reusable components and enforce consistent design patterns and coding standards
  • Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
  • Apply core platform principles including data modeling, security, sharing model, and OOP concepts
  • Leverage low-code capabilities (flows, validation rules, etc.) alongside custom development where appropriate
  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Copilot, Agentforce, Data Cloud ) to accelerate development, analysis, and solutioning 
  • Drive code quality through refactoring, continuous improvement, and adherence to best practices
  • Independently own implementation decisions and deliver with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate in Agile teams, participate in scrum ceremonies, and contribute to technical discussions
  • Utilize CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins) for efficient development and deployment processes
