Job description

BELFOR is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to take a leadership role in managing, optimizing and further developing our Salesforce solution.

  • Work Location: Birmingham, MI
  • Work Type: 100% In-Person (no remote work)

Responsibilities

  • Perform essential administrative functions such as user access management, the creation and maintenance of optimized dashboards, reports, page layouts, workflows, flows, objects and data fields
  • Perform both technical and acceptance testing for new releases
  • Manage and validate role-based security framework utilizing permission sets, object and field level security
  • Manage code deployment from Development to Sandbox and Production tenants
  • Maintain documentation for all configurations, customizations and administrative
    procedures
  • Provide training and support to Tier 1 Salesforce support staff. Fill end user support
    gaps as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or similar curriculum
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
  • Experience configuring custom objects, fields, page layouts, Lightening pages, dynamic forms and Salesforce Flows
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture and governance
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently.

Physical Demands

  • Occasional lifting from 5-40 lbs., unassisted (from 0-15% of the time)
  • Sitting for extended periods of time
  • Manual dexterity needed for keyboarding and other repetitive tasks
  • The ability to bend, crouch, or stand as necessary.
