Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly-skilled Salesforce Architect to design and implement effective Salesforce solutions for our business and support other architectural areas as needed. The Salesforce Architect will analyze company processes, develop CRM workflows, and create custom solutions tailored to specific business needs. This role requires the ability to create design blueprints and technical specifications, provide design recommendations and risk assessments, and maintain user roles and security. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, be knowledgeable about the Salesforce ecosystem, and have the ability to build systems that integrate effectively with other data sources.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation and maintenance initiatives.
  • Analyze company processes and develop CRM workflows and custom solutions to meet specific business needs.
  • Create comprehensive blueprints of Salesforce application designs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide design recommendations, risk assessments, and develop effective mitigation plans.
  • Maintain user roles and security settings within Salesforce to ensure access control and data protection.
