  • 5+ years hands-on Salesforce functional consulting experience with 3+ years in functional lead roles, with the ability to lead requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, and client-facing delivery activities

  • Strong experience in business process design, requirements elicitation, user story development, acceptance criteria, functional documentation, and Salesforce configuration-led delivery

  • Proven ability to lead discovery workshops, design sessions, stakeholder demonstrations, UAT cycles, training support, and adoption activities for complex Salesforce programs

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security models, automation capabilities, reporting, dashboards, and the functional impacts of integrations and data migration

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and full SDLC-user stories, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, testing, release readiness, and post-go-live support

  • One or more Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst, Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional, or relevant Industry Cloud certifications

  • Familiarity with modern delivery practices: Jira, Confluence, process mapping, solution design documentation, configuration workbooks, traceability matrices, test scripts, and knowledge transfer materials

  • Ability to lead functional delivery teams of 5-10 consultants on complex Salesforce implementations, guiding end-to-end functional design from discovery and process design through configuration, testing, adoption, and release readiness

  • Work with solution architects, technical leads, developers, experience designers, testers, and change teams to align functional design with Salesforce leading practices and client outcomes

  • Coach functional consultants on requirements elicitation, Salesforce configuration patterns, backlog management, UAT support, stakeholder engagement, and quality documentation

The salary range for this position is $112,400 - $162,400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
