ABOUT THE JOB:

The primary focus of this position is to develop and deliver training to WillScot's sales force, ensuring the training is aligned with best practice sales techniques and aligned across all sales channels.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • Develop and/or deliver Training and Enablement programs related to WillScot solutions, sales soft skills and/or interpersonal skills.
  • Build, enhance and deliver new hire training.
  • Follow up with new hires at 7, 30, 60 and 90 day check-ins.
  • Develop and/or deliver Coaching programs that are leveraged by sales management to drive high performing sales teams.
  • Develop and/or deliver Leadership/Management development for high performing sales individuals with career-pathing.
  • Improve new-hire productivity through the development and execution of sales enablement programs and initiatives (new hire on-boarding, skills up-leveling).
  • Ensure rapid and informed delivery of enablement programs and tools/training.
  • Identify and spotlight repeatable best practices for rapid dissemination across the field.
  • Make decisions on how best to find, share & reuse content while reviewing training content for message consistency aligned to the overall Sales Strategy.
  • Drive an enhanced On-Boarding experience for all Sales hires.
  • Drive an annual Sales Skills Assessment to measure Training and Development effectiveness.
  • Branch visits for additional training as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors Degree preferred but not required.
  • 1 years experience developing and/or delivering Sales Training.
  • 1 year experience managing a Sales Training and Development Program.
  • 1 year experience with e-learning software and authoring tools, preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal & presentation.
  • Advanced skills in Salesforce.com and MS Office.
  • Experience in global selling environments, preferred.
