Description

Offix is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Trainer to develop, deliver, and reinforce training programs that improve salesperson effectiveness, accelerate onboarding, strengthen CRM adoption, and support revenue growth. This role is responsible for onboarding new sales hires, coaching existing team members, developing training content, conducting field training, and ensuring consistent execution of the Offix sales process. The Sales Trainer partners closely with Sales Leadership to build a high-performing, customer-focused sales organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead new hire sales onboarding and a structured 1-year training and development program
  • Deliver sales skills training, workshops, and coaching sessions
  • Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching with sales representatives
  • Train and reinforce CRM (SalesChain) best practices
  • Develop and maintain sales training materials and resources
  • Coordinate product and solution training with vendors and internal teams
  • Support managers with coaching tools, assessments, and development plans
  • Measure training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements
